Mediation is a confidential, non-adversarial and voluntary process
through which one of our trained volunteer mediators hears a dispute
between two or more individuals and attempts to help them settle
their dispute.

Mediation works for all of us
Mediation is successful when all parties involved
in a dispute are willing to participate—in good faith—to reach
a settlement. Our mediators work
with all parties until an agreement is reached or until it becomes
apparent that an agreement will not be reached.
We help solve conflicts among
families, in organizations, and in the community to bring about
a peaceful, positive solution for all parties. We offer the following
programs:
- Community mediation
- Family mediation
- Court-connected mediation
- Attendance improvement mediation
- Employee mediation
- Group mediation
Additionally, our Training Program offers various
courses in conflict resolution, mediation and communication skill
building.
