Conflict Resolution Training

Managers report that most firings are due to employees’ inability to get along. Many families struggle to communicate effectively.  Most people are not taught how to manage interpersonal conflicts.  Developing a better understanding of the nature of conflict and how individuals deal with conflict differently is a first step toward productive communication.

The Community Mediation Center offers workshops on the following topics.  Classes can be customized to meet the needs of the organization – including short courses and multi-day offerings.  We use an interactive style of teaching using theory and skill building while allowing time for reflection.
